The order of the RGB filter can be found in the drawing below. With Y-flipping off (reg40 = 0), pixel (0,0) at the top left is read out first and has a red filter. When Y-flipping is on, pixel (0,1087) is read out first and has a green filter. For X-flipping the address of the first pixel depends on the output channels used.
