Notes

All I/Os are set as input pullup during and after reset, with the exception of the PA2

(DEBUG_SWDIO) and PA3 (DEBUG_SWCLK) pins which are set, respectively, as

alternate function pullup and alternate function pulldown. By default, all I/O pull-ups/pull-

downs are controlled by the PWR IP through the PWRC_PUCRx/PWRC_PDCRx registers.
