Scope

The AT90SCR100 application can make the use of the internal DC/DC converter or not.

Please pay attention to the configuration of the AT90SCR100 before reading the table, to match

your particular needs.

AT90SCR100 without active DC/DC: Vcc range: 2.4V - 5.5V

AT90SCR100 with active DC/DC: Vcc range: 2.7V - 5.5V
