Fuse Bits

The AT90SCR100 has four Fuse bytes. Table 29-3 - Table 29-5 describe briefly the functionality

of all the fuses and how they are mapped into the Fuse bytes. Note that the fuses are read as

logical zero, “0”, if they are programmed.

Notes: 1. Refer to Table 9-2 on page 54 to get decoding of BODENABLE bit.

Notes: 1. Never ship a product with the OCDEN Fuse programmed regardless of the setting of Lock bits

and JTAGEN Fuse. A programmed OCDEN Fuse enables some parts of the clock system to

be running in all sleep modes. This may increase the power consumption.

2. The SPIEN Fuse is not accessible in serial programming mode.

3. See “WDTCSR – Watchdog Timer Control Register” on page 61 for details.

4. The default value of BOOTSZ1..0 results in maximum Boot Size. See Table 28-7 on page 376

for details
