0: 3V_DDCSCL, 5V_DDCSCL, 3V_DDCSDA, 5V_DDCSDA (Glue Functions) or GPIOE13, GPIOE11,
GPIOE12, GPIOE10 ports (GPIO), respectively, according to GPIO103EN bit in SIOCF2 register (see Section
3.7.3 on page 45) (default)
