DS3_VREN, RSMRST#_PWRGD and EC_RST# asserted HIGH SLP_SUS# = HIGH, At ENE and ENVR5 S3: VR4 (VDDQ) and LS-PGB (V1.8U) turn on. SLP_S4# = HIGH, At ENB and ENVR4 S0: LS-PGD (VCCIO) turns on.
